Perfect Eyeshadow Palette for Fall - Sleek Sunset

Slowly and inevitably fall is coming upon us :)

Fall is one of my favourite seasons for its beautiful variety of colours and there's something so comforting in wearing warm jumpers and scarfs and burning scented candles.

I recently dug out one of my favourite eyeshadow palettes from Sleek - their gorgeous Sunset palette that has 12 warm-toned shadows in it. You will get 11 metallic shades and one matte shade which is black. This palette comes with a large mirror and double-ended sponge applicator. 

I have five palettes from Sleek so that should be proof enough that the quality is very high.

The pigmentation of these is just perfect. These swatches are made without a primer. I would say that the black and the light blue are the ones least pigmented but will perform very well if you use an eyeshadow primer.

Also, there will be fallout so make sure you tap off any excess on your brush and maybe even do your eye makeup first and follow with the rest of your face.

These eyeshadows will look good on every eye and skin tone but they will especially make blue and grey eyes pop and look really bright. I always get compliments when I'm wearing these eyeshadows.

Hiljuti võtsin sahtlist välja ühe oma kõige suurema lemmiku kõigist oma viiest Sleek lauvärvipaletist - Sunset ehk päikeseloojangu paleti.

Soojad punakad ja oranžid toonid on just sobilikud sügisesse :)

Paletis on kaksteist imeilusat tooni, millest 11 on metallikud ehk väga sädelevad ja üks must on matt.

Lauvärvid on ülimalt pigmenteeritud, vaid must ja helesinine vajavad kindlasti enda alla lauvärvi aluskreemi. Pean hoiatama, et need lauvärvid veidi ka pudisevad silma alla, seega on väga oluline pintslilt ülejääk maha raputada ning võib-olla oleks isegi mõistlik silmameik kõigepealt ära teha ja alles siis ülejäänud nägu :)

Need toonid sobivad iga silma- ja nahavärviga kuid eriti erksaks teevad need lauvärvid sinised ja hallid silmad. Ma saan alati väga palju komplimente kui neid lauvärve kannan :)

What I need to get out the door / Morning makeup routine

One morning I started to wonder how many products I actually use to get out the door on a usual weekday. I started counting the products and steps and wow! There's actually 14 products on a busy weekday that I use to get out the door in 15 minutes :)

And that's only makeup :D

So, if you're interested in what I pack on my face, keep on reading :)

1. First off, I cleanse my face with Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water (review here) to remove all that's on my face. Then I apply Vichy Idealia Eye Contour Idealiser. I love this eye cream because it moisturises well, absorbs fast and doesn't interfere with my makeup. As a face moisturiser I use Hydraluron that also absorbs within seconds so that I can quickly move on to applying my makeup.

2. Before applying any of my makeup, I have recently been reaching for Oriflame Conceal Kit and I use the peachy concealer lightly in the darkest areas under my eyes. Then I apply Lumene Skin Perfector Matt Makeup foundation. To cover and highlight my under-eye area I use Nars Radiant Creamy Concealer that has fast become my holy grail product. It has full coverage and stays on for ages without creasing almost at all. To set my under-eyes and t-zone, I use Nars Light Reflecting Setting Powder in Translucent Crystal. This power is AMAZING!!!! It is so finely mild that you can't see it at all. It keeps my makeup and especially concealer from creasing and it also stays on for ages making my skin silky smooth. As an eyeshadow primer I use my beloved Avon Eye Shadow Primer that keeps my eyeshadow in place for ages and applying it doesn't tug on my eyelids.

3. Then I move on to blush and highlighter. I have been obsessed with Sleek Blush by 3 in shade Pink Lemonade and especially the cream blusher in the middle. The lasting power of it is also amazing. For highlighting I use Lancome Blush Subtil in shade 004 Highlighting Beige. It gives my face such a nice glow without being glittery or looking greasy.

4. For my brows I use a very affordable Catrice Eye Brow Stylist in shade 040 Don't Let Me Brow'n. It's the perfect cool-toned taupe brown pencil that matches my natural hair colour. Plus it has a brush on the other end. I don't think I will replace this one any time soon :)
I've been reaching most for my e.l.f. Prism Eyshadow palette in Naked or Bobbi Brown Rich Chocolate Eye Palette recently. The BB palette is on the right side on the photo and I use the third shade from the top to blend out any eyeshadow I wear.
For mascara I use Max Factor Masterpiece Transform at the moment.

I didn't include any lipsticks in this post because my everyday makeup is very neutral so I usually use 2-3 different lipsticks during the day :)

Is it too much compared to the amount of products you use every morning? Or maybe too little?

Hakkasin ühel hommikul kokku lugema mitut toodet ma kasutan tavalisel tööpäeval selleks, et uksest välja minna.
Kokku sai 14 toodet ja kõigi nende pealekandmiseks kulub mul umbes 15 minutit.

1. Kõigepealt kasutan Garnier mitselaarvett, millega eemaldan öö jooksul näole kogunenu. Seejärel kannan silmade alla Vichy Idealia Eye Contour Idealizer silmakreemi. See imendub väga kiirelt ja sobib ülihästi meigi alla. Seejärel kasutan naha niisutamiseks Hydraluron geeli, mis samuti imendub sekunditega, nii et saa pea kohe liikuda jumestuskreemini.

2. Viimasel ajal olen enne muu meigipõhjaga alustamist hakanud kasutama Oriflame Conceal Kit'ist virsikukarva tooni, et katta kõige tumedamad osad silmade all ja ümbruses (selgelt annab stressirohke tööperiood tunda). Seejärel kannan näole Lumene Skin Perfector Matt Makeup jumestuskreemi. Järgmisena võtan ette Nars Radiant Creamy Concealer peitekreemi, mille abil katan ja helendan silmaaluseid ja muid näo piirkondi. See peitekreem sai väga kiirelt minu absoluutseks lemmikuks, sest see katab ülihästi, ei kogune kortsudesse ja püsib väga pikka aega.
Et kogu see krempel kinnitada, kasutan Nars Light Reflecting Setting Powder puudrit toonis Translucent Crystal. See on nii peene koostisega, et seda pole näol näha ning nahk on katsudes siidine ja pehme.
Lauvärvi aluskreemina kasutan oma armastatud Avon Eye Shadow Primer'it, mis hoiab lauvärvi paigal hiliste õhtutundideni ja seda peale kandes ei pea ma oma laugusid tirima.

3. Põsepunana kasutan Sleek Blush by 3 palett toonis Pink Lemonade ja enamasti keskmist kreemjast ruuži. Seegi püsib peal terve päeva. Särapuudrina kasutan Lancome Blush Subtil toonis 004 Highlighting Beige, mis annab nahale kauni kuma ega ole seejuures sädelev.

4. Silmameigis olen viimasel ajal haaranud kõige tihedamini e.l.f. Prism Eyeshadow või Bobbi Brown Rich Chocolate Eye Palette lauvärvipalettide järele. BB paletist (pildil paremal) ülevalt kolmandat tooni kasutan alati ükskõik, millise lauvärvi hajutamiseks.
Kulmud korrigeerin Catrice Eye Brow Stylist kulmupliiatsi abiga toonis 040 Don't Let Me Brow'n. Selle külm pruun toon sobib ideaalselt minu loomuliku juuksetooniga.
Ripsetušina kasutan Max Factor Masterpiece Transform'i.

Huulepulki ma pildile ei lisanud, kuna mu igapäevane meik on enamasti neutraalne ning päeva jooksul kasutan 2-3 erinevat huuletoodet/tooni.

Though I'm a little late with my overview of favourite products of 2014 I hope you don't mind finding it out now :)

Let's start with makeup and especially eyes :)

Bobbi Brown Rich Chocolate Eye Palette - perfect for those who prefer matte eyeshadows because there's 5 matte shades out of 7. These shadows are great quality and I could easily go for a long time using just this one palette :)

Dior 5 Couleurs Eyeshadow Palette #796 Cuir Cannage - four gorgeous shimmery shades with a neutral matte brown shade for blending. Perfect both for day and night :) And of course - the quality is also magnificent :)

e.l.f. Studio Prism Eyeshadow Palette in Naked - if you love shimmery eyeshadows, this $10 palette is just for you. I'm amazed by the quality of these shadows and I often reach for it when I need to quickly slap something on :)

Bobbi Brown Long-Wear Cream Shadow in #25 Slate - this cream shadow is just the best! Either as a base or on it's own, it works perfect both ways. Love it!!

e.l.f. Cosmetics Liquid Eyeliner in shade Coffee - I love to fill in the gaps between my lashes to make them look fuller and this dark brown looks like black but less harsh. Plus it costs just $1!!!!!

MaxFactor Masterpiece MAX Mascara - this one might be even better than my favourites from L'Oreal. I especially loved the fact that I didn't have to curl my lashes because this mascara did it for me. Great, great mascara!

Let's move on to face makeup :)

Catrice Eye Brow Stylist in #40 Don't Let Me Brow'n - this is a perfect colour match for my eyebrows and it doesn't have any red in it. It stays on whole day and has brush with it which makes it fast a very convenient. Plus it's super affordable :)

Chanel Perfection Lumiere Long-Wear Flawless Fluid Makeup - I have a full review on it here. It's truly long-wearing and also leaves my skin matte for a very long time. I use it on days I need to look flawless for a long time. Love it!

Kiehl's Actively Correcting & Beautyfying BB Cream - you can find my review here. I use it on days when I'm in a hurry and need to even out my skin in just seconds. Great product!

Nars Radiant Creamy Concealer in Light2 Vanilla - this is the BEST concealer I've ever tried. I just can't believe how well it covers my dark circles! Also it's a great highlighter that blends seamlessly!

L'Oreal True Match Minerals Foundation - my review here. I love that the application is fast and easy and the coverage is very good. I especially loved it during summer :)

Sleek Blush by 3 in Pink Lemonade - I got this blush palette in July last year and have been using the middle cream blush every day since. I'm addicted!

Skincare is next :)

Queen Helene Mint Julep Masque - by far the best and easiest face mask I've tried last year. When my tube gets empty, I'll run out and get a new one :) My review is here.

JOIK Silky Facial Serum with Cranberry Seed Oil - whenever I apply this serum, my skin just purrs with delight :) Though it's an oil, it absorbs quickly and leaves my skin nourished and soft :) Review here.

Lirene Last Minute Body BB - they call it body makeup :) I never fry myself in the sun so I go around looking pale and slightly bluish even during summer. In order not to scare people, I slap this tinted moisturiser on my body and it gives my skin a healthy slightly tanned look. Comes in two shades :)

Last but not least I have three favourite online shops where I've left quite a lot of money last year :)
First it's iHerb where I get my e.l.f., Queen Helene Mint Julep Masque and plenty of other natural products. The packages arrive in two weeks and I haven't yet had any problems with my purchases.

Alustame silmadest :)
Kõigepealt kolm läuvärvipaletti, millest igaüks suudab mu vajadused täielikult rahuldada pikaks ajaks. Mattide lauvärvide austajale meeldib kindlasti Bobbi Brown Rich Chocolate Eye Palette lauvärvipalett, kus seitsmest toonist on matid lausa 5. Kasutan vasakult kolmandat tooni igapäevaselt koopajoonel ja hajutamiseks. Diori 5 Couleurs palett toonis 796 Cuir Cannage sisaldab nelja kaunilt kumavat sädelevat tooni ning üht matti pruuni hajutamiseks. Selle paleti võtan endaga kaasa lühematele sõitudele, sest sellega saavutab kerge vaevaga nii tagasihoidliku päeva- kui ka glamuurse õhtumeigi. Kvaliteet on mõistagi väga hea.
Soodsamatest palettidest on minu vaieldamatu lemmik e.l.f. Studio Prism palett toonis Naked, milles on kaunilt sädelevad pruunikad toonid, mida on lihtne peale kanda ning hajutada.
Kreemjatest lauvärvidest tegi võidukäigu Bobbi Brown Long-Wear Cream Shadow toonis 25 Slate. Töötab suurepäraselt nii lauvärvi kui aluskreemina. Kasutan seda päevil, mil on kiire või olen laisk ja on vaja kiirelt näkku veidi elu tekitada :)
e.l.f. Liquid Eyeliner silmalainer toonis Coffee on tumepruun või peaaegu musta värvi lainer, mille ülipeen pintsel aitab suurepäraselt ripsmete vahele pääseda, et tekitada lopsakamate ripsmete efekti. Lisaks maksab kõigest dollar!
Ripsmetuššidest meelis eelmisel aastal enim MaxFactor Masterpiece MAX, mida kasutades ei vajanud ma koolutajat. Sellest võib saada suur ja tugev konkurent minu lemmikutele L'Orealilt :)

JOIK Siidine näoseerum jõhvikaseemne õliga on hiljutine avastus ning sai kiirelt asendamatuks minu õhtuses iluhoolduses. Nahk on seda kasutades pehme ja prink ning kuigi tegemis on õliga, imendub see sekunditega :) Arvustuse leiad siit.
Kehatoodetest meeldis enim Lirene Last Minute Body BB kreem, mis on toonitud kreem kehale. Kasutasin seda suvel oma kehale jume andmiseks. Kaunima tooniga naha saavutasin vaid minutitega. Saadaval kahes toonis.

Recent favourites...

Lately, I've been really busy and don't have a lot of time to get ready in the mornings. 

So, I've started to use less makeup and I've been reaching for all these fuss-free makeup products. Weirdly enough a lot of them are cream products :)

First of all - my Clarisonic Plus. I love the gentle exfoliation it provides and it also massages my skin and cleans it so that if I use toner or micellar water afterwards, there's not a trace of makeup left on my skin. I feel that it really does cleanse my skin thoroughly and I hope that after some time it will also help to improve my skin deep down :) I use it every other day and feel that this way it's not too harsh for me :)

One of the makeup products I actually never use are contour powders and bronzers :) But this Lancome Star Bronzer Sun-Kissed Bronzing Power is just the perfect shade to wear as an eyeshadow. It makes my eyes look so blue and bright. And it's matte, which is perfect :) For using as a bronzer, I feel that this one would look too orange in my skin tone (swatch in the middle). If I use an eyeshadow primer it also stays on the whole day :)

I've had my Oriflame Beauty Eyebrow Kit for a long time and I really like it. The only product I almost never touched from the palette is the wax on the bottom of the kit. But after filling my eyebrows in and using my finger to warm the wax a bit and then applying it, the wax makes my eyebrows stay put for the whole day. The only downside is that the wax looks quite yucky now and I don't like my makeup looking dirty :D

Clinique Bottom Lash Mascara in shade #01 Black is something I think I cannot live without anymore. It makes putting mascara on my bottom lashes so easy and clean plus the mascara doesn't smudge or flake during the whole time I'm wearing it. Love it!

All kind of cream products is my new obsession. It' just so easy to apply them especially with my fingers :)
I've been wearing the cream blusher from my Sleek Blush By 3 palette in shade Pink Lemonade every single day (swatch second from left). It's very long-wearing product that gives my cheeks a fresh flush during the day :)
I've been wearing Maybelline Color Tattoo 24H cream eyeshadow in shade #35 On and on Bronze very often (swatch second from right). It is a shimmery colour but on some days I quite like it. A more in-depth review on Color Tattoos will come soon :)
The other cream eyeshadow I've been loving recently and that has previously featured in my favourites is Bobbi Brown Long-Wear Cream Shadow in shade #25 Slate (swatch on the right). It's my favourite taupey grey matte shade and it truly is long wearing. I apply and blend it with my fingers which is very convenient when in a hurry :)
Surprisingly the lip product I've been reaching for most is Bellaoggi Tentazione lipstick pencil in shade #03 Candy Pink (swatch on the left). It was an impulse buy off the discount shelf. Ah, oh... it's just awesome. Matte soft pink shade that lasts a very very long time! This product proves that you don't always have to spend a fortune to get a really worthy product :)

Mu elutempo on viimasel ajal olnud ülimalt kiire - varane ärkamine ei jäta just kuigi palju aega meigi peale kulutada, seega on mul tekkinud hulk tooteid, mis aitavad paari minutiga hakkama saada.

Clarisonic Plus - see puhastab mu naha täiesti puhtaks! Kui ma pärast Clarisonic'u kasutamist oma näo tooniku või mitsellaarveega üle tõmban, on mu nahk täiesti puhas ja mingeid meigijälgi ei ole. Lisaks koorib see hellalt mu nahka ning masseerib seda. Kaifin! :D

Ma üldiselt ei kasuta kunagi ei kontuurimis- ega päikesepuudrit. Kuna mul see Lancome Star Bronzer Sun-Kissed Bronzing Power (värvinäidis keskel) sahtlis vedeles, proovisin seda lauvärvina ja ohhoooo! Mu hallid silmad muutuvad helesiniseks kui seda kasutan! Lisaks, lauvärvi aluskreemi kasutades püsib see peal terve päeva!

Oriflame Beauty Eyebrow Kit kulmupalett on mul kasutuses olnud juba terve igaviku ja see meeldib mulle väga. Ainus toode, mida ma sellest paletist praktiliselt puutunud polnud, oli kulmuvaha. Kuid kui seda sõrmede vahel veidi soojendada ja siis värvitud kulmudele kanda, kindlustab vaha selle, et kulmud püsivad seal, kus on nende koht, kogu päeva jooksul! :)

Alates hetkest kui hakkasin kasutama spetsiaalselt alumistele ripsmetele mõeldud Clinique Bottom Lash Mascara ripsmetušši toonis #01 Black ei kujuta ma oma elu selleta enam ette. Mugav pisike harjas muudab tušši pealekandmise kergeks ja puhtaks ning see ei liigu ripsmetelt kuhugi enne kui selle maha pesen. Fantastiline!

Kreemjad tooted on ajapuuduse tõttu muutunud asendamatuks. Sestap kasutan viimasel ajal oma Sleek Blush By 3 põsepunapaleti kreemjat ruuži (värvinäidis vasakult teine) kõige sagedamini. See püsib peal terve päeva ja annab mu näole terve jume :)
Kreemjatest lauvärvidest olen viimasel ajal kõige rohkem kasutanud Maybelline Color Tattoo 24H toonis #35 On and on Bronze (värvinäidis paremalt teine). See on üsna sätendav ja seega ei kanna ma seda igapäevaselt aga vastavalt tujule ikkagi piisavalt tihti. Eraldi arvustus Color Tattoo'dest tuleb üsna pea :)
Teine lemmik kreemjas lauvärv on imeilus hallikas taupe toon, mis on ka varasemalt lemmikutes listitud olnud. Tegemist on Bobbi Brown Long-Wear Cream Shadow lauvärviga toonis #25 Slate (värvinäidis paremal). Tõeliselt kauakestev lauvärv, mis ei vaja aluskreemi :)
Üllatavalt on mu viimase aja enimkasutatav huuletoode Bellaoggi Tentazione huulepulga pliiats toonis #03 Candy Pink (värvinäidis vasakul). Soetasin selle mingi suvalise sooduka ajal Selverist ja ohh! Nii ilus ja matt toon, mis kestab tunde ja tunde. Toode, mis tõestab, et ülihea tulemuse saavutamiseks pole alati vaja kulutada tervet varandust :)

I ordered some stuff from iHerb again. I got Queen Helene The Original Mint Julep Masque which I haven't had the chance to try yet. I got it for $3.84. It promises to help dry up acne pimples, rinse away blackheads and shrink enlarged pores. Will let you know how it goes. You can get it HERE.

I also got Sibu Beauty Sea Buckthorn Cleansing Face and Body Bar. I haven't tried that one also but I already like the scent of it :) It was on sale and I got it for $1.19. Stuff from Poland

I visited Poland and the lovely city of Gdansk in the end of June for work and had only 15 minutes for shopping. So, I got myself NYX Mega Shine Lip Gloss in #129 Beige. Unfortunately we don't have NYX in my country :( It's not sticky, smells like cherries but doesn't last a long time. The shade is lovely and I find myself reaching for it very often when I need a quick fix :)

And then I got two dry shampoos - Schwarzkopf Schauma Cotton Fresh Dry Shampoo and Dove Refresh+Care Dry Shampoo.

The Schauma one works very well but leaves a lot of white residue on my hair that's quite hard to brush out. That's why I use it at night before going to bed and wake up with hair looking fresh and volumized. The Dove dry shampoo is also very good - gives a lot of volume and keeps my hair looking clean. Plus it has a lovely floral scent. Both of them were very affordable, too :)

Random buys

I ordered some stuff from our local web shop Levelzone and got myself Batiste Dry Shampoo XXL Volume. Seems that I can't go without it anymore. Plus they have a sale until the end of July and I got it for a very nice price :)

Rexona Invisible Pure 48h anti-perspirant is a very good and efficient product and since there's 0% alcohol in it, it doesn't irritate my armpits. Plus it's very affordable.

Lirene Last Minute BodyBB fluid is my most recent buy and I'm loving it. It's body make-up balm which I have for fair complexion. It instantly makes my skin look tanned and hydrated. Love, love, love it!

Isadora makes a Brush Cleanser now and since I desperately needed to clean my brushes I decided to try it out. Since I got it only yesterday, I haven't used it yet but will let you know either here or on my Instagram page. 150ml costs 6.25€.

Gifts

I got two things from my sister - Sleek Blush BY3 in #369 Pink Lemonade. Very pigmented and nice colours that last all day and blend easily. The palette has 3 shades in it - 2 powder and 1 cream blusher. Kerastase Initialiste Advanced Scalp and Hair Concentrate comes very handy in hot weather to pamper my scalp and hair :)

Giorgio Armani Acqua di Gioia Eau de Parfum I was lucky enough to win in a giveaway held by lovely blogger Stella from Stellarium. This was just perfect timing because my own bottle got finished just few days ago. I couldn't be happier :)

Ostud Poolast

Käisin juuni lõpus tööasjus Poolas, Gdanskis ning mul jäi umbes 15 minutit šoppamiseks. Krabasin kiirelt NYX Mega Shine Lip Gloss huuleläike toonis #129 Beige. See ei kleepu, lõhnab kirsiselt ja selle toon on tagasihoidlikult kena . Paraku aga ei püsi see kuigi kaua peal. Ostsin selle umbes 9 euro eest.

Ostsin ka kaks kuivšampooni - Schwarzkopf Schauma Cotton Fresh Dry Shampoo ja Dove Refresh+Care Dry Shampoo.

Schauma šampoon teeb oma tööd hästi kuid sellest jääb päris kangekaelne valge kiht juustele, mida on üsna raske välja kammida. Sestap kasutan seda õhtul ja hommikul ärgates on juuksed puhtad ja kohevad. Maksis umbes 3 eurot. Dove šampoon on samuti väga hea - tekitab koheselt puhtemate juuste efekti ja annab palju kohevust. Lisaks lõhnab väga mõnusalt. Hind oli sel umbes 5-6 eurot.

Erinevad ostud

Levelzone veebipoe sooduka ajal tellisin endale Batiste Dry Shampoo XXL Volume. Tundub, et selleta ma enam elada ei suuda ja ka soodne hind ajendas ostma. Hetkel on nende e-poes ka soodukas käimas, nii et soovitan uurima minna :)

Lirene tooteid saab tellida ka MG Beauty e-post, kus hetkel on paljudele Lirene toodetele soodukas.

Isadora Brush Cleanser pintslipuhastaja ostsin seetõttu, et kiiresti oli vaja ja Kaubamajja MACi letti pole mahti olnud minna. Ma pole seda veel kasutanud aga kohe kui ära proovin, annan teada, kuidas töötab kas siin blogis või mu Instagrami lehel. 150ml maksab Ideaalkosmeetikas 6.25€.

Lipstick Addict Tag

It's no news that my softest spot in makeup are lipsticks and lipgloss.

I always always wear something on my lips and sometimes get even some weird looks when I randomly grab a lipstick out and put some on without a mirror :D

So, when I saw a bunch of people on youtube making Lipstick Addict Tag videos I wanted to list my favourites, too!

I've already shown you my collection. Today I have 60 items and got rid of 4 while preparing this post :)

TAG questions:

1. Favourite balm/treatment? It has always been Elisabeth Arden Eight Hour Cream Skin Protectant. I cannot live without it! It heals my lips within hours from every kind of trouble - cold, sun, cracks...whatever! It's magic and I will always have it with me :)

2. Best eye-catching red? I don't wear red lipstick because I just haven't found the shade that would suit my colouring (I'm more olive skinned). Hence I only have a few reddish lipsticks and my favourite is this oldie but goldie Estee Lauder Signature in shade 06 Lush Rose. It's cool-toned fuchsia red and suits me quite okay. Plus it looks almost red on my lips :D

3. Best luxury and best drugstore? I would say my most favourite luxury brand is Yves Saint Laurent. I love every formula, aswell as every shade of lipstick and lipgloss I have. I swatched (from top to bottom) Rouge Pur in 146 and 138 and Rouge Volupte in shade 26. 

I've also found that I love most of the L'Oreal lip products, too. Especially the new Color Riche L'Extraordinaire lip laquer in 201 Rose Symphony and their Caresse lipsticks which I have in shade 102 Mauve Cherie.

4. Best MAC lipstick? Since I haven't tried nor own any MAC lipsticks I'll show you my most favourite lipstick of all time. It suits me that well that absolutely every time I wear it, I get compliments. It's Maybelline ColorSensational in shade 910 Shocking Coral. Unfortunately it was limited edition and now I can wear it only on special occasions because I have only a tiny bit left :(

5. The most disappointing? I must say it's Revlon Colorburst Lip Butter. I had such high hopes for it and was extra excited when I finally got it because we don't have Revlon in Estonia, only to find it being quite an average product...

6. Lip liner - yes or no? Usually no. Only if I'm wearing red or darker colours or when I need my lipstick stay put for like 6 hours. But on a daily basis - never :D

7. Best gloss? I have three because I just couldn't choose. First - Clarins Instant Light Natural Lip Perfector. They have amazing colour range, they smell and taste yummy and they truly deserve the name Perfector because they make your lips look fabulous. I swatched shade 05. 

Next one (swatch in the middle) is MaxFactor lipgloss in shade 35 Lovely Candy. It's beautiful and glossy on it's own and you can wear it under or on top of every colour because it suits everything :) And on the bottom is Revlon Colorburst lipgloss in shade 042 Bellini and I just love, love, love the formula. Perfect lipgloss :)

8. Something extra! This is just a tip for you - get a look at some really cheap brands once in a while, too. Those that you've maybe never even heard about. You might find some awesome products there just like I've discovered lovely and very affordable products from brands like Bellaoggi and BYS recently. 

And of course Sleek! I love Sleek! I believe I could solely survive only on Sleek makeup if I had to choose just one brand :)

Nädala meik #3 / Makeup of the Week #3

Traditsiooniliselt räägin esmalt paarist tootest, mis millegi poolest eelmisest nädalast silma jäid:

Naked3 palett on loomulikult lihtsalt võrratu! Nii mitmekülgne ja absoluutselt iga toon on lausa imeilus. Nagu juba lubatud, tuleb paletist ka põhjalikum arvustus kui kunagi päevavalguses kodus juhtun olema, et kvaliteesemaid pilte klõpsutada :)

Olin juba unustanud, miks mulle kunagi Oriflame Smooth Definer silmapliiatsid meeldisid - nii pehme, väga pigmenteeritud ja päris pika püsivusega. Hall toon sobib mu hallide silmadega imehästi ja toob nende värvi veelgi rohkem esile! Soovitan!

Maybelline Dream Mousse Concealer peitekreem on väga hea katvusega kuid selle hajutamine on üsna aeganõudev. Ka on vaja ime-imepisikest kogust, sest väga lihtne on üle pakkuda, mille tulemuseks on cakey välimus. Kui aga mõõdukalt peale kanda, on tulemus väga kattev. Jäin rahule :)

Sel nädalal valisin katsetamiseks paleti, mille järele on näpud juba selle kättesaamise hetkest sügelenud - Sleek Sunset palett! Kõik need päikeseloojangu oranžikad, punakad, vasksed toonid on nii minu teetass, et olen selle paleti võimaluste proovimist väga nautinud :)

Põsepunaks valisin väga vana Rimmel Powder Blush toonis 016 Misty Rose. Tegemist korallroosa ruužiga, milles veidi sädelevaid osakesi. Sobib hästi värvilisema silmameigi juurde - ei tüki liialt esile ja on meeldivalt tagasihoidlik.

L'Oreal Lumi Magique valgustpeegeldav pulk pole siiani minus mingit erilist muljet avaldanud. Minu tumesiniseid silmaaluseid see igatahes oluliselt heledamaks ei muuda.

Silmapliiatsitena läksid käiku Avon Glimmerstick Diamonds toonis Sugar Plum ja Bourjois Smoky Effet toonis 78 New Wave Blue.

Huuli võõpan sel nädalal Avon Ultra Glazewear läikega toonis Palm Beach Pink ja Rimmel Apocalips huulelakiga toonis 102 Nova.

But first let me say a few things about last week's picks:

Naked3 is awesome! It's so versatile and absolutely each shade is gorgeous. As promised, I will write a full review with swatches once the lighting is perfect :)

I had forgotten why I used to love Oriflame Smooth Definer eyeliners - it's so soft, very pigmented and lasts quite well. I definitely suggest you try them out!

Maybelline Dream Mousse Concealer covered my dark under-eye circles very well but you should be careful not to apply too much. Otherwise the result is cakey and not very flattering. Overall - I liked it and will continue using it :)

This week I picked the eyeshadow palette I've been dying to try since I got it - Sleek Sunset! I just totally adore all these coppery and reddish tones and have been enjoying trying different looks this week :)

Rimmel Powder Blush in 016 Misty Rose is a humble coral blush with a little bit of sparkle in it. Very suitable for wearing with colourful eye makeup :)

L'Oreal Lumi Magique highlighting pen hasn't helped much with brightening my under-eye area so I'm quite disappointed. But we'll see, the week isn't over yet ;)

As eyeliner I'm using Avon Glimmerstick Diamonds in Sugar Plum and Bourjois Smoky Effet in 78 New Wave Blue.

And for the lips I picked Avon Ultra Glazewear in Palm Beach Pink and Rimmel Apocalips lip laquer in 102 Nova.

Nädala Meik #2 / Makeup of the Week #2

Jätkame uue sarjaga ning kohe-kohe on teie ees alanud nädala vägagi roosad valikud :)

Enne aga peatun põgusalt eelmise nädala muljetel:

sarja avaloo pettumuse valmistasid Avon Glimmerstick silmapliiats toonis Cosmic Brown… oli kuidagi kõva ja hajutamine ka raske, kasutasin seda vaid ühel päeval. 

Samuti ei suutnud ma nädalaga armuda paljukiidetud Collection Lasting Perfection Ultimate Wear Concealer peitekreemi. Mitte, et see oleks olnud ülimalt halb vaid et see lihtsalt ei suuda vajalikul määral mu tumesiniseid silmaaluseid peita.

Eelmise nädala hitt oli aga Bobbi Brown Rich Chocolate Eye Palette lauvärvipalett - olen mattide lauvärvidega palju suuremaks sõbraks saanud ja see palett on nii mitmekesine, et igaks päevaks jätkus erinevaks meigiks materjali :)

Before I talk about my very pink picks for the week, let's see what I thought about the items I chose for last week:

my biggest disappointments were Avon Glimmerstick eyeliner in Cosmic Brown - it was just so hard on the eyes and hard to blend so I ended up using it only once. Also, the Collection Lasting Perfection Ultimate Wear Concealer still didn't impress me and didn't cover my dark blue under-eye area that well :( I will continue using it but yeah… not worth the hype IMHO.

The hit of the week was Bobbi Brown Rich Chocolate Eye Palette  - I became quite skilled with matte eyeshadows and the palette is very versatile. Definitely worth checking out if you prefer matte shadows ;)

Now on to this week's picks:

first of all, of course the Urban Decay Naked3 eyeshadow palette - I haven't had the opportunity to play around enough with it yet, so let's start this week :)

As eyeliners I'll try Oriflame Smooth Definer in Grey and Oriflame Very Me Night Fever in Silver Glow.

As a concealer I'll try Maybelline Dream Mousse Concealer in 04 Rose Beige.

One of my most favourite blushers (and well used, as you can see ;) ) is Yves Saint Laurent Blush Variation in shade 2 and as a highlighter I'll use Lancome Blush Subtil in 001 Highlighting Rose.

For the lips I grabbed four items from my Muji storage box:

Sleek Pout Polish in 962 Frosting, Bellaoggi lipstick pencil in 03 Candy Pink, Clarins Colour Quench Lip Balm 17 and Manhattan Soft Mat Lipcream in 56K.

Ostud ja kingid / Recent gifts and haul

Sel korral näitan ja teen lühiarvustuse toodetest, mida olen ostnud ja kingiks saanud :)

Minu instagrami jälgijad on juba osaga neist kursis, seega:

Down Under Naturals NUDE Volumizing sarja šampoon ja palsam - ma olen jäägitult truu Matrix sarjale kuid teada on ka tõsiasi, et kui liiga pikalt sama toodet kasutada, kaob ka efekt. Seega, olles lugenud arvukalt kiitvaid arvustusi NUDE sarja kohta, soetasin seekord prooviks need (hind kummalgi 4,30€). Šampoon vahutas hästi, pesi juuksed puhtaks ja palsam muutis juuksed kergesti kammitavaks. Lühidalt - Nude sari on esialgu mu vajadused rahuldanud.

Bellaoggi pliiatshuulepulk toonis 03 Candy Pink - soetasin selle Selverist mingi aastalõpu sooduka ajal 2,99 € eest. Absoluutselt imeline toode, mis ületas mu ootused! Kusjuures, nii odava toote kohta olen enam kui meeldivalt üllatunud, et pulk on väljakeeratav. Igasugune teritamine selliste kreemjate toodete puhul on minu jaoks väga suur no-no. Toon on nii ilus ja pealekandmine imelihtne! Püsivus pole just ülipikk ja huuled peaksid enne kasutamist olema niisutatud ja siledad. Igal juhul on see toode igati uurimist ja ka täishinnaga (umbes 5 € tk) ostmist vääriv :)
Urban Decay Naked3 lauvärvipalett - kohe kui UD uue paleti uudisega välja tuli, olin sellest äärmiselt huvitatud. Kui aga paljud YT meigigurud seda kooris kiitma hakkasid, teadsin, et ühel päeval ma selle endale soetan (ühtlasi oli see ka mu salasoovide nimekirjas). Kuna hea sõbranna veetis jõulupuhkuse UK-s ja küsis, kas ma midagi soodukate ajal soetada tahan, andsin loomulikult tellimuse sisse. Nii ma jaanuari esimestel päevadel ka selle ilusa paleti omanikuks saingi. Alguses ma lihtsalt imetlesin seda ja ei raatsinud isegi sõrmega toone proovida. Täna olen kasutanud nelja tooni ja nagu ikka - UD lauvärvide kvaliteet, püsivus ja toonivalik on lihtsalt ülimalt hea :) Igal juhul soetamist väärt! Hinnaks umbes 45 eurot.
Sleek Sunset lauvärvipalett - ka see palett on minu soovinimekirjas figureerinud juba üsna pikalt. Minu pidevad lugejad juba teavad, et igasugused vasksed toonid on minu suured lemmikud. Samuti olen ma väga suur Sleek'i lauvärvide austaja - ülihea kvaliteet vägagi soodsa hinnaga. Et see on minu neljas Sleek'i palett, kõneleb paljustki. Ka selle tõi sõbranna mulle UK-st, hinnaks nende kodukal 10 €.
Clarisonic näopuhastussüsteem - loodetavasti aitab see näopesuharjake mu naha korda teha. Kuna olen seda vaid mõne korra kasutanud, ei oska veel pikemalt pajatada, kas nii ka läheb. Küll aga on see surin näol mõnus massaaž ja nahk on pärast kasutamist väga puhas ning pehme. Sain kingiks, seega hinda ei oska öelda.
Giorgio Armani Micro-Fil tolmpuuder toonis 2 - pole seda toosi isegi avanud veel aga kindlasti teen seda lähiajal. Ka see topsike tuli mulle jõulupakiga :)
Collection Lasting Perfection peitekreem toonis 2 Light - seda peitekreemi kiidavad kooris väga paljud youtube'rid. Kahjuks ei jaga ma peale paarikordset kasutamist seda vaimustust. Eks proovin edasi ja annan teada, kas on ka väärt kraam. Hinnaks umbes 5 eurot.
Collection Glam Crystals sädelev geel-lainer toonis 4 Hustle - see tuli peitekreemi ostul boonusena kaasa. Õhtumeiki saab sellega edukalt sädelevamaks muuta, kerge peale kanda ja püsivus ka täitsa ok :)

Here are some of the things I got as a present and have bought recently :)

Down Under Naturals NUDE Volumizing shampoo and conditioner - I really love all of the Matrix products I've been using for years but I also know that if you keep using the same stuff for too long, the effect will eventually vanish. So, after reading a lot of praising reviews, I decided to try these ones. After using them for few times I can say that these are very nice products and also very cheap :) Lathers well and the conditioner detangles my hair very well. So I suggest you try it out. Btw, it keeps my hair clean for two days and on the third I need some dry shampoo. Big thumbs up :)

Bellaoggi lipstick pen in 03 Candy Pink - I got it on sale at Christmas and it really amazed me. Easy to use, you don't have to sharpen it, nice on the lips and stays on quite well. Also the colour range is pretty wide. I guess I'm going to purchase a few more shades ;)
Urban Decay Naked3 eyeshadow palette - as soon as the news about the new palette came out, I knew I have to have it! So, my friend who was in UK bought it for me. As usual the quality is amazing and the tones just divine :) (it was also featured in my recent wishlist).
Sleek Sunset eyeshadow palette - I just love all kind of coppery shades and I've been wanting this lovely palette for a long time. It was also brought from UK. I really like Sleek eyeshadows' quality and for the price they are just amazing! This palette is my fourth from Sleek and that means they are really worth checking out :)
Clarisonic - hopefully it will help my skin's condition. Haven't used it long enough to properly review it but definitely will in the future. I love the feeling when the brush massages my skin and it feels really clean and soft afterwards. Got it as a gift :)
Giorgio Armani Micro-Fil loose powder in shade 2 - I haven't yet tried it but will pretty soon :) Got it as a gift :)
Collection Lasting Perfection Ultimate Wear Concealer in shade 2 Light - so many people on YT praise it but after using it for few times I can't say that it's really that amazing. We'll see how it goes :) Got it from UK for about 5 euros.
Collection Glam Crystals Dazzling Gel Liner in shade 4 Hustle - it came as a gift with the concealer. It's very sparkly and is very easy to use. Perfect for a night out :)

Soovid ei saa iialgi otsa… Ja minusugusel ilu ja naiselike asjade fanaatikul on alati midagi hingel, mis muudkui painab ning enamasti varem või hiljem ka tee minuni leiab  :D

Loomulikult ei puudu minu salasoovide nimekirjast hetke hitt - Urban Decay Naked3 lauvärvipalett (hind umbes 50 eurot ). Nende esimene palett oli minu eelmise aasta lemmikute hulgas ning veebis ringlevad arvustused kolmandale paletile ei anna põhjust kahelda, et kui ma kord selle enda valdusesse saan, lõpetab ka see aasta lemmikutes :) 

Ma pole kunagi proovinud geel-lainereid, seega miks mitte alustada paljukiidetud Maybelline Lasting Drama lainerist, millega tuleb kaasa ka sobiv pintsel (hind olenevalt müügikohast umbes 12 eurot).

Mul on nõrkus vasksete lauvärvitoonide vastu ja sestap tahan oma olemasolevatele palettidele lisaks (vt siit ja siit) kindlasti soetada ka Sleek Sunset lauvärvipaleti  (hind 10 eurot).

Olles oma lainerijoone tehnikat viimasel ajal tublisti lihvinud, tahan proovida lisaks pidulikule mustale ka erinevaid mahedamaid ja igapäevasemaid toone. Meie müügikohtade valik on üsna kesine kuid kui võimalus avaneks, ajaksin oma küüned taha kõigile neile imelistele Bourjois Liquid Eyeliner toonidele (hind teadmata).

First of all, of course, the already notorious Urban Decay Naked3 eyeshadow palette. I have the first one and it ended up in my favourites of 2012 :)

I haven't yet tried a gel eyeliner, so it would be wise to start with a cheaper but still very well reviewed Maybelline Lasting Drama gel eyeliner which comes with a suitable brush.

My love for Sleek eyeshadows and all kind of coppery shades is huge (read more here and here), so of course I just can't help it but wish for their Sunset palette!

Since I have improved my skills on creating a quite decent cat-eye liner, I would love to try using other shades than black on daily basis. If they had these adorable Bourjois Liquid Eyeliner in stores here, I would buy them all and just line the way :D

Nädalavahetuse reisimeik / What's in my weekend travel makeup bag?

Viimasel ajal on olnud mitmeid kordi vajadus kaasa võtta vaid hädavajalik meigiarsenal. Ma ei armasta ülepakkimist, mistõttu on minu reisimeigikott üsna õhuke kuid täis väga vajalikke tooteid.

Sellistel lühireisidel kasutan alati oma pehmet ja mõnusat fuksiaroosat Clinique meigikotti, mis on mul olnud juba sada aastat! See on piisavalt väike kuid mahukas ning lisaks on tal põhja all tõmblukuga suletav eraldi osa meigipintslite hoidmiseks.

Jumestuskreemina kasutan hetkel Lancome Teint Renergie Lift toonis 010, mis sisaldab SPF 20. Seda on imekerge hajutada, katvus on keskmine, püsib peal üsna hästi ega oksüdeeru. Rasuse naha omanikud peaksid selle kindlasti puudriga kinnitama. 

Tumedate silmaaluste peitmiseks kasutan L'Oreal Touche Magique valgustpeegeldavat pulka, mida olen ära kasutanud juba peaaegu 2 tükki.

Lauvärvide primer'ina on kasutusel Avon'i aluskreem toonis light beige. See on piisavalt kreemjas, mistõttu ei venita ma oma laugusid seda hajutades. Aitab lauvärvidel veatuna püsida hilisööni, seega igati kiiduväärt toode :)

Hiljuti UKst saadud Sleek'i lauvärvipalett toonis 578 Storm on muutunud minu selle sügise lemmikuks. Kõige rohkem olen kasutanud ülemise ja alumise rea kõige vasakpoolsemaid pruunikaid toone ning ülemise rea kahte parempoolsemat roosat ja ploomikarva tooni. See on väga mitmekülgne palett, millest kõik leiavad sobivaid toone. Üleüldse on Sleek niivõrd võrratu kosmeetikafirma, et ma tõesti soovitan nende tooteid proovida. Ka hind on lihtsalt suurepärane nii hea kvaliteediga toodete kohta :)

Kulmudel kasutan Oriflame Beauty kulmupaletti. Segan omavahel tumedat ja heledamat tooni ning saan endale täiuslikult sobiva kulmukaare. Olen seda toodet kasutanud igapäevaselt vist juba enam kui aasta aega ja tundub, et seda jagub elu lõpuni :D Kulmuvärvi kinnitan Lumene Blueberry Eyebrow Fixing Gel'iga.

Põskedel armastan sügistalvisel hooajal kasutada rohkem roosasid toone. See Yves Saint Laurent Blush Variation põsepuna toonis 2 on minu truu kaaslane olnud juba aastaid. Annab kauni kuma ja värske välimuse. Püsivus on ka täitsa korralik!

Ripsmetušina kasutan MaxFactor Masterpiece Max'i, millest on saamas minu uus lemmik. Eraldab, pikendab ja koolutab ripsmeid nii, et eraldi koolutajat kasutada polegi vaja. Tihedust just väga palju ei lisa aga seda pole ka igapäevaselt vaja :) 

Silma veejoonel kasutan Avon Glimmerstick silmapliiatsit toonis blackest black. Sellest on saanud minu uus lemmik, sest see on minu tundlikele silmadele piisavalt pehme ja õrn ning püsib kenasti umbes pool päeva. Siis tuleks veejoon uuesti üle käia.

Oma asendamatutest meigipintslitest, mis minuga alati kaasas käivad, kirjutan õige pea :)

Lately I've had to take my essential makeup bag to small weekend travels quite often. These are the products I've been using and loving recently!

I always use my soft and cosy fuchsia Clinique makeup bag which I've had for hundred years :D 

It's small but spacious and has a separate compartment for brushes in the bottom locked with a zipper.

As a foundation I've been using Lancome Teint Renergie Lift in shade 010. It has SPF 20 in it, blends very easily, doesn't oxidise and looks nice whole day. Ladies with oily skin should use powder on top, though. To cover my dark under-eye circles, I've been using L'Oreal Touche Magique illuminating stick and I've gone through almost two of them :)

In the autumn/winter season I love to use more pinky shade blushers. So my good friend for years have been Yves Saint Laurent Blush Variation in shade 2. It makes my face look so fresh and awake and gives a nice glow :)

Eyeshadow primer is my essential tool. I love Avon primer in shade light beige. It's so creamy and soft that I don't have to drag my eyelids while applying it. It makes my eyeshadow stay put until midnight which makes it a very worthy product for such a small price :)

I've been absolutely loving my latest goodie from UK - the Sleek eyeshadow palette in 578 Storm. It's so versatile and the quality and pigmentation is just awesome. Plus it's very affordable! I really suggest you check out their products!

To groom my eyebrows, I've been using Oriflame Beauty eyebrow palette for over a year. I mix the dark and lighter shade to create perfect eyebrows. I use Lumene Blueberry Eyebrow Fixing Gel on top and this is so far the best product I've used for it.

My latest favourite mascara has been MaxFactor Masterpiece Max. It separates, gives length and I don't have to use a curler because this mascara does the job itself! Amazing! It doesn't give much volume but I don't need it on daily basis :)

I've also been loving Avon Glimmerstick in blackest black on my waterline. It's soft and gentle on my sensitive eyes. I have to re-apply it once during the day but still, I like it :)

Goodies from UK

There was a parcel with goodies from UK in my mail recently. I already have several products from these brands, so I know the quality will be good and I'm not going to be disappointed.

First there is a set of 4 brushes from Real Techniques: contour brush, expert face brush, pointed foundation and foundation brush. I have high hopes for expert face brush and foundation brush and will let you know about them :)

Then there were two palettes From Sleek i-Divine range. I already have two palettes and have been peeking at these two for a year on Sleek website now.

I got 601 Au Naturel and 578 Storm. The first one has 8 matte and 4 shimmery eyeshadows and the Storm has 3 matte and 9 shimmery shadows. I love the quality: they are very soft, almost creamy texture, highly pigmented, the colours in the palettes are picked out very well and they are really affordable :) I really love them and think that they are definitely worth checking out :)

Mõni nädal tagasi sain paki, milles kolm ilutoodet UK-st.

Kõiki neid brände olen kasutanud varemgi ja tegemist ülihea kvaliteediga toodetega, mida saab soetada äärmiselt mõistliku hinnaga. :)

Esimeses on 8 matti ja 4 sädelevat tooni ning teises 3 matti ja 9 sädelevat tooni. Mulle väga meeldib Sleek'i kvaliteet: lauvärvid on ülipehmed, väga pigmenteeritud, toonivalik palettides on väga hästi komplekteeritud ja hind on enam kui taskukohane. Kes iganes õhkab Urban Decay Naked palettide järele, soovitan pigem külastada Sleeki kodulehte ja tellida sama raha eest 3-4 paletti, mis kvaliteedilt sugugi alla ei jää. Eestisse postitatakse neid ka :)

Sleek eyeshadow palettes

I've been waiting for a nice daylight to share with you one of my most favourite eyeshadow palettes and capture their true colours and beauty on a photo.

I have two palettes from i Divine range - Oh So Special no 658 (on the left) and The Original no 594 (on the right). Oh So Special has both matte and shimmering shadows, in The Original I can only see one matte shadow which is the black one. I would recommend to be careful about the fall-out if you get too much on your brush, so definitely tap off the excess in order not to get the shadow under your eyes.

I love these mineral based eyeshadows, they are really highly pigmented (I literally swiped the shadows once and you can see the result on the photos), they last long, all palettes have twelve gorgeous colours in total of 13,2 grams, they are very affordable and they ship to my country!

If you want to get more information and see all the wonderful palettes check the Sleek MakeUp site but be careful, you might get addicted ;)

Tahtsin juba ammu teiega jagada oma suurt vaimustust Sleek lauvärvipalettidest. Ootasin selleks üht vaba hetke, mil on piisavalt valge, et päevavalguses teha foto, mis neid imelisi värve võimalikult tõetruult edasi annaks. Loodan, et saate aimu :)

Minu valduses on kaks paletti sarjast i Divine.

Vasakpoolsel pildil on Oh So Special nr 658 ja parempoolsel The Original nr 594.

Need lauvärvid on ülihästi pigmenteeritud, tõmbasin näpuga sõna otseses mõttes korraks üle lauvärvi ja tulemust näete fotodelt. Oh So Special paletis on nii matte kui sädelevaid toone, The Original'is suudab minu silm tuvastada mattidest toonidest vaid ühe ehk musta.

Ma armastan neid lauvärve, pigment on suurepärane, kestavad kaua, on mineraalsed, kummaski paletis on 12 kaunist tooni kokku 13,2 g ja hind on neil vaid 10 €. Veidi tuleks olla ettevaatlik pudenemise osas ehk et kui pintslile liiga palju lauvärvi satub, siis on kindel, et osa sellest pudeneb ka silmade alla. Seega soovitan pintslit veidi koputada, et üleliigne pudeneks maha, mitte silma alla ;)
