Elizabeth Arden Green Tea Honey Drops Body Cream

I got the Elizabeth Arden Green Tea Honey Drops Body Cream for my birthday last year and though this product is no news anymore I still want to let you know my thoughts on it.

 

When I first tried it, the scent of it was a bit too overpowering. That you should keep in mind - you do not need to wear any perfume when using this body cream. For the first hour the scent of it is really strong but it fades during the day. At the same time it will still linger on your skin and will keep you smelling nice and fresh until you wash it off. Even when it's +30 degrees outside and you sweat heavily :)

 

This cream is very light and has almost like a whipped cream consistency. The little gritty particles are tiny drops of honey than melt instantly when you apply the cream. It also has green tea extract in it that should help calm and condition dry skin. Also it absorbs really fast :)

 

To me the Green Tea Honey Drops Body Cream is a perfect product for summer :)

I don't have to use any perfume when using this cream and I am 100% sure to smell nice throughout the day and don't have to worry about any other odours that may occur during hot weather :D

It comes in a huge jar (250ml or 8.4 oz) and will last you a very long time. If you like fresh lemon, orange, green tea and jasmine scents you will love this cream. It retails around 18 € and in my opinion is totally worth the investment :)

 

 

Sain Elizabeth Arden Green Tea Honey Drops Body Cream niisutava kehakreemi eelmisel aastal sünnipäevaks ja kuigi see pole enam ammu mingi uudistoode, räägin ikkagi täpsemalt, miks ma seda armastan ja just sel suvel pea igapäevaselt kasutan :)

 

Kui ma seda kreemi esimest korda kasutasin, tundus kreemi vänge lõhn minu jaoks liiga tugev. Seda tuleks kindlasti kreemi kasutades silmas pidada - parfüümi kasutamine on selle kreemiga täiesti tarbetu. Lõhn püsib väga tugev umbes tund aega pärast pealekandmist ja hakkab siis tasapisi hajuma. Seega ei pea muretsema, et 30-kraadises kuumuses võiks muud kehaaroomid võidutseda. Hea ja värske lõhn püsib nahal kuni pesuni :)

 

Kreemil on mõnus kerge koostis, tundub peaaegu, nagu oleks see vahtu löödud. Kreemi sees olevad kollased teraksed on mesi, mis nahaga kokku puutudes koheselt sulab ja nahka imendub. Kreemis sisaldub ka rohelise tee ekstrakt, mis rahustab ja niisutab kuiva nahka. Kreem imendub samuti väga kiiresti :)

 

Käepärases potsikus on 250ml kreemi, millest jätkub väga pikaks ajaks. Kui sulle meeldivad värsked tsitruselised aroomid, milles ka jasmiini ja rohelise tee noote, siis on see kreem mõeldud just sulle! Osta saab seda näiteks  Feelunique e-poest veidi vähem kui 18 € eest :)

Since it's summer and the weather is really hot, I've been yearning to wear lighter and happier shades.

Such a lovely subtle shade that's appropriate for work, school and special occasions :)

Minu puhul on kaks asja päris kindlad - mu lemmik küünelakibränd on Essie ja minu lemmikud toonid võimalikult tumedad ja "mudased".
Puhkuse ja päikesepaiste ajel olen aga hoopis hakanud üha rohkem heledate toonide järele haarama ning täna on mu küüntel kaks kihti imeilusat Essie küünelakki toonis #828 Under Where?

Oma maheda tagasihoidlikkusega sobib see toon  nii tööle, kooli kui tähtsündmustel kandmiseks :)

iHerb haul #3

I ordered some stuff from iHerb again. I got Queen Helene The Original Mint Julep Masque which I haven't had the chance to try yet. I got it for $3.84. It promises to help dry up acne pimples, rinse away blackheads and shrink enlarged pores. Will let you know how it goes. You can get it HERE.

I also got Sibu Beauty Sea Buckthorn Cleansing Face and Body Bar. I haven't tried that one also but I already like the scent of it :) It was on sale and I got it for $1.19. Stuff from Poland

I visited Poland and the lovely city of Gdansk in the end of June for work and had only 15 minutes for shopping. So, I got myself NYX Mega Shine Lip Gloss in #129 Beige. Unfortunately we don't have NYX in my country :( It's not sticky, smells like cherries but doesn't last a long time. The shade is lovely and I find myself reaching for it very often when I need a quick fix :)

And then I got two dry shampoos - Schwarzkopf Schauma Cotton Fresh Dry Shampoo and Dove Refresh+Care Dry Shampoo.

The Schauma one works very well but leaves a lot of white residue on my hair that's quite hard to brush out. That's why I use it at night before going to bed and wake up with hair looking fresh and volumized. The Dove dry shampoo is also very good - gives a lot of volume and keeps my hair looking clean. Plus it has a lovely floral scent. Both of them were very affordable, too :)

Random buys

I ordered some stuff from our local web shop Levelzone and got myself Batiste Dry Shampoo XXL Volume. Seems that I can't go without it anymore. Plus they have a sale until the end of July and I got it for a very nice price :)

Rexona Invisible Pure 48h anti-perspirant is a very good and efficient product and since there's 0% alcohol in it, it doesn't irritate my armpits. Plus it's very affordable.

Lirene Last Minute BodyBB fluid is my most recent buy and I'm loving it. It's body make-up balm which I have for fair complexion. It instantly makes my skin look tanned and hydrated. Love, love, love it!

Isadora makes a Brush Cleanser now and since I desperately needed to clean my brushes I decided to try it out. Since I got it only yesterday, I haven't used it yet but will let you know either here or on my Instagram page. 150ml costs 6.25€.

Gifts

I got two things from my sister - Sleek Blush BY3 in #369 Pink Lemonade. Very pigmented and nice colours that last all day and blend easily. The palette has 3 shades in it - 2 powder and 1 cream blusher. Kerastase Initialiste Advanced Scalp and Hair Concentrate comes very handy in hot weather to pamper my scalp and hair :)

Giorgio Armani Acqua di Gioia Eau de Parfum I was lucky enough to win in a giveaway held by lovely blogger Stella from Stellarium. This was just perfect timing because my own bottle got finished just few days ago. I couldn't be happier :)

Ostud Poolast

Käisin juuni lõpus tööasjus Poolas, Gdanskis ning mul jäi umbes 15 minutit šoppamiseks. Krabasin kiirelt NYX Mega Shine Lip Gloss huuleläike toonis #129 Beige. See ei kleepu, lõhnab kirsiselt ja selle toon on tagasihoidlikult kena . Paraku aga ei püsi see kuigi kaua peal. Ostsin selle umbes 9 euro eest.

Ostsin ka kaks kuivšampooni - Schwarzkopf Schauma Cotton Fresh Dry Shampoo ja Dove Refresh+Care Dry Shampoo.

Schauma šampoon teeb oma tööd hästi kuid sellest jääb päris kangekaelne valge kiht juustele, mida on üsna raske välja kammida. Sestap kasutan seda õhtul ja hommikul ärgates on juuksed puhtad ja kohevad. Maksis umbes 3 eurot. Dove šampoon on samuti väga hea - tekitab koheselt puhtemate juuste efekti ja annab palju kohevust. Lisaks lõhnab väga mõnusalt. Hind oli sel umbes 5-6 eurot.

Erinevad ostud

Levelzone veebipoe sooduka ajal tellisin endale Batiste Dry Shampoo XXL Volume. Tundub, et selleta ma enam elada ei suuda ja ka soodne hind ajendas ostma. Hetkel on nende e-poes ka soodukas käimas, nii et soovitan uurima minna :)

Rexona Invisible Pure 48h anti-perspirant on väga tõhus ja kuna selles pole alkoholi, ei ärrita see ka mu nahka. Hind oli alla 2 euro.

Lirene Last Minute BodyBB fluid on mu hiljutine leid ja ma lihtsalt armastan seda toodet. Tegemist on nn keha meigiga - kreem annab nahale ilusa jume ja niisutab hästi. Minu oma on mõeldud heledale nahale ja valikus on ka medium tooni kreem. Mina ostsin selle Selverist 9,50 euro eest kuid Prismas nägin seda pea kolm eurot soodamalt. Lirene tooteid saab tellida ka MG Beauty e-post, kus hetkel on paljudele Lirene toodetele soodukas.

Isadora Brush Cleanser pintslipuhastaja ostsin seetõttu, et kiiresti oli vaja ja Kaubamajja MACi letti pole mahti olnud minna. Ma pole seda veel kasutanud aga kohe kui ära proovin, annan teada, kuidas töötab kas siin blogis või mu Instagrami lehel. 150ml maksab Ideaalkosmeetikas 6.25€.

Kingid

Õelt sain kingiks Sleek Blush BY3 toonis #369 Pink Lemonade. Paletis on 2 puuder- ja 1 kreemjas põsepuna. Toonid on väga ilusad, kestavad kaua ja on hästi pigmenteeritud. Sleek on üleüldse üks väga hea bränd, milles ma seni pole pettuma pidanud. Kerastase Initialiste Advanced Scalp and Hair Concentrate on sellise päikese ja kuumaga väga vajalik, et oma peanahk ja juuksed korras hoida:)

Giorgio Armani Acqua di Gioia Eau de Parfum võitsin ma armsa Stella Stellariumi blogist. Ajastus oli lihtsalt suurepärane, sest üleeile piserdasin oma Gioiast viimased piisad välja :)

Rouge Caresse lipsticks - because they just feel so heavenly on the lips and the one shade I have is clearly not enough :)

True Match foundation - because everybody is raving about it and I feel that in my 30s I need more coverage :)

Nude Magique CC Cream Anti-dullness or Anti-fatigue - do I need to say more? :)

Super Liner Brow Artist - I've been loving using brow pencils recently and this one that comes with a brush, seems very handy to use. I suppose my shade would be Blonde :)

Ture Match Blush in shade #115 True Rose - I love blushes and I hardly ever go out without it!

Mind tabas meeldiv üllatus kui avastasin, et I.L.U. kauplustes on kogu L'Oreal kosmeetikale -30% soodustus, mis kestab juuli lõpuni.

Mul on päris mitu L'Oreali toodet silma jäänud ning kindlasti lähen uurima, kas saan oma uudishimu ja ostlemisvajaduse kasvõi osaliselt rahuldatud :)

Hair and body

Kerastase Bain Chroma Captive Colour Radiance Protective Shampoo - I just love Kerastase haircare line! Though my hair isn't coloured at the moment I had less than half a bottle of this shampoo left so I happily used it up. I remember it keeping my coloured hair staying radiant longer plus this shampoo keeps my hair shiny and healthy! I plan on having some highlights done soon and then I would definitely like to repurchase this line :) 

 Batiste Dry Shampoo XXL Volume - I recently used this bottle up and I really missed having it! Even though I purchased two other dry shampoos which are quite good, I still grabbed a new bottle straight away when I saw it on sale. It gives extra volume and if I put it in my hair the night before, it keeps my hair looking a lot more fresh in the morning oppose to spraying it on already a bit dirty hair on the second day! Love it and will (and already have :D ) repurchase :)

Face and body
Dr Hauschka Cleansing Clay Mask 10g - lately I've been trying out different face masks and this have been the first one I really enjoyed. This little packet was enough for one try so I can't really say if it really deep cleaned my pores but my face felt really soft and nice afterwards and it didn't dry my skin out. If it wasn't that pricey I would love to have the full size of the mask.
Oriflame Activelle Cotton Dry 24h anti-perspirant - I love Oriflame deodorants. Thay are affordable and do their job very well. Plus their scent is not overpowering. The next time I order something from Oriflame, I will definitely get a new anti-perspirant again.
Garnier Mineral 48h Ultra Dry deodorant - I usually don't like sprays but since it was the mini size, I liked to have it with me on small trips. It did it's job well but the scent was too strong.
Makeup
Oriflame Perfect Fusion Foundation SPF 25  in shade Ivory - I liked that the bottle came with a pump. It gave light to medium coverage but in my opinion this foundation is more suitable for dry to normal skin. I have combination skin and I felt that during spring when the weather was warmer, my face started to shine and get oily in the T-zone after 4 hours of wearing it. Not going to repurchase.
 Avon Eyeshadow Primer  in shade light beige - this is a good and affordable primer. I have nothing bad to say about it and I might repurchase :)
L'Oreal False Lash Wings mascara - I had a full review on it HERE. I love this mascara and if I use up the 7 ones I have in my drawers ( :D ) at the moment and won't find anything better, I will definitely repurchase. Amazing value for money :)
Maybelline Color Whisper in shade #130 Pink Possibilities - lovely, creamy peachy pink shade that you can apply without a mirror. Looks especially good when tanned. Not going to repurchase at the moment just because I have too many lipsticks :)
Bobbi Brown Creamy Lip Color  in shade #31 Pale Mauve - very nice nude shade that surprisingly doesn't wash me our nor make me look sick or dead. But it just got old and started to smell funky. I'm very sad to have to throw it away :(
Other
MAC Brush Cleanser - it's really efficient and I will definitely repurchase. Good value for money and lasts long! I usually mix it with a little water and still get my brushes squeaky clean. Plus mixing it with water makes the bottle last longer :)

Juuksed ja keha

Kerastase Bain Chroma Captive Colour Radiance Protective Shampoo - mulle väga meeldivad Kerastase juuksehooldustooted! Kuigi mu juuksed ei ole hetkel värvitud, kasutasin selle pooliku pudeli rõõmuga lõpuni. Ajal kui mu juuksed olid värvitud, aitas see šampoon värvil kauem ja juustel tervemate ja läikivatena püsida. Kui uuesti juukseid värvin, ostan ilmselt uuesti. Kerastase tooteid saab soetada näiteks Levelzone e-poest, kus on hetkel paljud juuksehooldustooted sooduspakkumises :)

 Batiste Dry Shampoo XXL Volume - hiljuti sai mul see kuivšampoon otsa ja ma lausa igatsesin seda! Olen vahepeal soetanud veel 2 teiste brändide kuivšampooni kuid seda Levelzone'is sooduspakkumises nähes, tellisin kohe pudeli varuks. Ma leian, et kui seda õhtul juustesse piserdada, siis on hommikul juuksed hoopis puhtamad kui näiteks teise päeva hommikul seda juba pisut rasustesse juustesse lasta. Ja see annab tõesti XXL kohevust!

Nägu ja keha
Dr Hauschka Cleansing Clay Mask 10g - viimasel ajal pakuvad näomaskid mulle suurt huvi ja olen proovinud päris mitut. See Dr Hauschka savimask on seni ainus, mis on meeldinud. 10 grammisest pakist jätkus üheks kasutuskorraks ja seetõttu ma mingit erilist poore sügavpuhastavat toimet ei täheldanud. Küll aga oli nahk pehme ja mõnus ega kiskunud peaaegu ülse, erinevalt teistest proovitud savimaskidest. Krõbe hind paneb veidi kukalt kratsima aga kui otsingud tulemust ei too, ostan ilmselt ka suure paki :)
Oriflame Activelle Cotton Dry 24h anti-perspirant - mulle väga meeldivad Oriflame'i anti-perspirandid. Teevad oma tööd hästi, ei ärrita kaenlaaluseid, lõhn pole liialt vänge ja hind vägagi taskukohane. Ostan veel! :)
Garnier Mineral 48h Ultra Dry deodorant - mulle üldiselt ei meeldi spreideodorandid ning selle lõhn oli ka liiga vänge. Meeldis see, et tegu oli minivariandiga, mida oli mugav lühireisidele kaasa võtta.
Makeup
Oriflame Perfect Fusion Foundation SPF 25  toonis Ivory - mulle meeldis, et jumestuskreem on pumbaga pudelis. Sellel on kerge kuni keskmine katvus kuid minu arvates ei sobi see kombineeritud ja rasusele nahale. Minu nägu hakkas umbes 4 tunni pärast T-tsoonis läikima. Ilmselt enam ei osta.
 Avon Eyeshadow Primer  lauvärvi aluskreem toonis light beige - väga hea ja korralik lauvärvi aluskreem, mis on väga soodsa hinnaga. Ilmselt ostan uuesti :)
L'Oreal False Lash Wings ripsmetušš - kirjutasin sellest ripsmetušist pikemalt SIIN. Väga-väga hea ripsmetušš ning kui olen ära kasutanud need 7, mis mul sahtlis proovimist ootavad ning ei leia nende hulgast paremat tušši, ostan kindlasti uue tuubi :)
Maybelline Color Whisper toonis #130 Pink Possibilities - armas virsikukarva roosa huulepulk, mis on kerge ja niisutav ning mille pealekandmiseks pole peeglit vaja. Eriti kena näeb see välja päevitunud nahaga :) Ei osta uut lihtsalt seetõttu, et mul on liiga palju huulepulki :D
Bobbi Brown Creamy Lip Color  huulepulk toonis #31 Pale Mauve - enam-vähem ainus nude  toonis huulepulk, mis mulle sobis. Kahjuks sai see lihtsalt vanaks ja hakkas juba imelikult lõhnama. Nii ma ta väga raske südame prügikasti suunangi ja jään pikalt taga nutma :(
Muu
MAC Brush Cleanser pintslite puhastamise vedelik - väga tõhus toode nii hea hinna eest (umbes 11 eurot). Pudelist jätkub pikaks ajaks ning mina segan seda lausa veidikese veega. Ka veega segades peseb meigipintslid täiesti puhtaks ning nii jätkub seda ka kauemaks. Peangi kiirelt Kaubamajja jooksma, et uus pudel koju tuua :)
